Monaca, Pa. – The Penn State Beaver women's basketball team won the first game of the season on the road against Community College of Beaver County on Saturday in an 84-30 blow-out victory.

In the first quarter, Beaver dominated both sides of the floor and forced turnovers on CCBC, helping the team outscore CCBC 23-8. In the second quarter dominated the floor once again, and outscored CCBC 24-3 to end the first half. The third quarter was closer in scoring, as Beaver only scored 3 more points than CCBC.
