Monaca, PA - The Lions took on Penn State Lehigh Valley in a conference matchup tonight. Right away, Beaver came out strong and took an early 10 point lead of Lehigh, wininng 15-5 in the first 10 minutes of the half. The Lions continued to dominate the half unquestionably, finishing out 37-19. The second half started out much like the first until Beaver woke up. The Lions took a commanding 24 point lead in the first 6 minutes but didn't stop there. With 7 minutes left in the half Beaver increased the lead further to 36 points. It wasn't long before Lehigh started to answer however there was little hope for a comeback from such a large defict. Beaver closed out the game with their 3 straight victory, 77-44.
Senior Devon Johnson had 25 points, 12 rebounds, 4 steals, and 1 assist. Senior Jeremy Redwine had 17 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 block. Senior Izaiah Dickerson had 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists.
